用萬用表R×如果阻值接近0，1檔測量揚聲器引線Ω，且無\"喀喀\"聲音表明音圈燒壞了。更換音圈前，應磁間隙中的雜物，然后小心將新音圈放入磁間隙，糾正音圈，用強膠固定音圈的上下位置。音圈放置在佳位置后，用強膠填充音圈與紙盆之間的間隙，后密封防塵蓋，揚聲器紙盆向上，后正常使用。
