二、會議室合理布局規定

為了更好地保證多媒體會議系統圖象的收看實際效果和避免顏色對人物拍攝造成的“絢麗”或“返光”實際效果，電視背景墻應采用單一勻稱的淺顏色，而多媒體會議系統室其他墻面、餐桌布、毛毯、吊頂天花板等應與電視背景墻相符合，電視背景墻不適合應用中畫幅。提議桌椅板凳及墻面采用淺卡其色或淺青藍色。桌椅不適合采用布藝沙發式，也不適合采用高椅背，防止遮擋后邊的與會人員。
